'Weight Watchers at Work' starts July 8

UNC Health Care and University Employees can take advantage of the convenience, motivation and support of Weight Watchers meetings right at your workplace. An Open House is scheduled for July 1.

Begining Wednesday, July 8, and continuing every Wednesday for 12 weeks, Weight Watchers at Work will be held from 12:45 - 1:30 p.m. in the Women's Health Information Center on the ground floor of N.C. Women’s Hospital. The cost to participate is $156 PLUS 8 weeks of FREE eTools (Weight Watcher's online companion that helps you stay on track in between meetings). Advanced payment is required by July 2 either in-person at the Women's Health Information Center or by contacting Julie Sweedler at 843-1759.

Come meet the new Weight Watchers leader at an Open House on Wednesday, July 1 from 12:45 - 1:30p.m. in the Women's Health Information Center, ground floor of the N.C. Women's Hospital. On July 1 you can sit-in on a Weight Watchers meeting for free and pay-in-person for the new 12–week Weight Watchers at Work series that starts on July 8. Bring your check or credit card -- and bring a friend to sign up with you!

Weight Watchers at Work meetings offer the ultimate convenience, providing weekly meetings right here in the Women's Hospital, led by a trained Weight Watchers leader. The meetings also offer you the daily motivation and encouragement of your fellow co-workers during your weight-loss process.
