Registration now open for NC TraCS Institute Symposium: Translational Research to Address Health Disparities Across the Lifespan

The Symposium will be held on March 19, 2010. Register for free by Jan. 22. Space is limited!

The NC TraCS Institute Community Engagement Core, in collaboration with the NC TraCS Child Health Core, UNC Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, UNC Institute on Aging, and UNC Program on Ethnicity, Culture and Health Outcomes (ECHO), will host the NC TraCS Symposium:  Translational Research to Address Health Disparities Across the Lifespan on March 19, 2010 from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Symposium will showcase presentations of scientific findings and practical application of strategies for implementing best-practice models in translational research and evidence based interventions.  This day-long Symposium is intended for researchers (academic and community), health care providers and community members including educators, students, community advocates/outreach workers, and health and human service professionals.
