In this webinar they will discuss Seed Stage Funding for new business ventures. They will provide an overview of the critical sources of early stage funding such as state and federal grants and foundation support. In addition, they will discuss the process of working with angels and angel groups and explore the merits of equity and convertible debt investment structures with these investors. They will also touch on how decisions made at this stage can affect the company and its investors as the company evolves.
