Please join us at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28 in the 4th floor clinic auditorium for an inter-disciplinary Grand Rounds entitled, "The Missing Voice of the Critically Ill Patient: Ethical Considerations in Clinician-Patient Communication," offered by Mary Beth Happ, PhD, RN, Professor of Nursing at the University of Pittsburgh. 

Dr. Happ will be offering bedside rounds on various units the mornings of Oct. 28 and 29 as well as speaking with various groups within the hospital.  Please contact Janis Zarkowsky at for a complete copy of her schedule.  This visit is funded by the Hospital Ethics Committee, The Department of  Speech Pathology and Audiology, and Nursing Professional Development, Practice and Research.
