Coping with the Holidays after a Loss

Halloween can mark the beginning of the holiday season for many. Grief can debilitate a person in ordinary times. In extraordinary times, such as the holidays, it can be overwhelming. Find out ways to cope and make it maneuverable, even meaningful! Join us for this Bridges to Healing workshop on Nov. 17.

The sesson will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 17 from noon – 1 p.m. in the John M. Reeves All-Faiths Chapel, N.C. Memorial Hospital, First Floor.  This Bridges to Healing session is facilitated by Heidi Gessner, MDiv, Chaplain and Bereavement Coordinator, and Darryl Owens, MDiv, CT, Chaplain and Grief Counselor, UNC Hospitals.
