"Lost in Translation – Are we taking full advantage of interpreter services?”

The Palliative Care Consult Service hosts an every-other-month series of Palliative Care interdisciplinary case conferences devoted to the discussion of clinical and psychosocial needs of hospitalized, seriously ill patients and their families. The next conference will take place Thursday, Jan. 21, 1:30 - 2:45 p.m. in the first floor Women’s Hospital Conference Room 3.

This conference’s primary purpose is to facilitate ongoing communication among health care professionals to address the symptom-based and decision-making challenges faced by these patients and families.
