The NC TraCS Institute will host a meeting to bring interested researchers from across the UNC Chapel Hill campus together to discuss potential opportunities for collaboration on environmental health research, with an immediate focus on opportunities related to the Gulf Oil Spill and Global Climate Change.
This is being organized as an NC TraCS Interest Group, which is a group convened around a theme or identified need. These groups can identify gaps in research areas at UNC, encourage innovative and creative approaches to research, build partnerships among various disciplines across campus and beyond and position groups to competitively apply and successfully obtain extramural funding. Please RSVP to Kelley Cardone at kelley_cardone@med.unc.edu if you plan to attend.
