NC BioStart Commercialization Webinar Series: Licensing University Technology

When technology is developed and patented at an academic institution, a license is a vehicle for transferring that technology to the private sector for commercial development. Participants will learn about the context in which university license agreements are undertaken and the typical terms of a license for a traditional early stage spinout company. Jason Wood, JD, and Dan Porper, JD, from Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP will present.
