Workshop: Creating a Fair and Just Culture
The NC Center for Hospital Quality and Patient Safety is offering Creating a Fair and Just Culture, a one-day workshop to provide an overview of the Just Culture model and concepts in an effort to assist hospitals with establishing a culture that supports safety. The workshop also includes instruction in basic event investigation and hands-on algorithm practice and discussion.
