Reproducible and reliable methods for determining protein post-translational modifications are very important to understand the Dynamics of the proteome, both in health and disease. Here we present several methods that can be used to determine quantitative changes in phosphorylation, acetylation, S-Nitrosylation, and oxidation among other PTMs.
