This workshop provides an opportunity to learn how three faculty members at UNC successfully embarked on research programs in translational research. Presentations from:
- Julia Brittain, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Biochemistry And Biophysics
- Timothy Gerson, M.D. Assistant Professor, Neurology
- Aaron Neumann, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Cell And Developmental Biology
This workshop will also focus on how to develop a translational research project, how to convince a reviewer that your research is translational, and where to find the resources for the necessary pilot studies.
