School of Medicine again ranked second in primary care by U.S. News and World Report

The School was ranked second in Primary Care and 21st in research overall. Four specialty areas were also ranked, including Family Medicine, which ranked 2nd in America! The rankings are part of the U.S. News and World Report 2013 edition of “America’s Best Graduate Schools.”

Health disciplines
The doctorate program in clinical psychology is based in the College of Arts and Sciences; the other programs offering master’s and doctorate degrees are based in the School of Medicine:

  • Clinical psychology, tied for 2nd
  • Audiology, tied for 3rd
  • Physical therapy, tied for 9th
  • Occupational therapy, tied for 10th
  • Speech-language pathology, tied for 11th
