Point-of-Care downtime - Sept. 10
On Sept. 10 between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., ALL Point-of-Care instrument interfaces will be down due to a software upgrade. Results will not be transmitted to WebCIS or eChart during this time. Testing should continue as usual, and all results will remain queued during the downtime and will transmit electronically when the software becomes available again at 5 p.m.
Power Outage for Anderson Pavilion and Medical Wings B, C, and D - Sept. 15
This scheduled normal power outage is required for UNC Electrical Distribution Systems cabling upgrades on Saturday, September 15 from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. Emergency power will supplied by generators in Anderson Pavilion for the duration of the outage; emergency power is available for critical equipment and from the “red” outlets in Anderson for the duration of the outage. The Medical Wings will have no power for the duration of the outage; there is no generator-supplied emergency power in the Medical Wings.
