Dr. Rubin's laboratory's research program focuses on understanding how mesenchymal cells affect gut epithelial proliferation in injury and carcinogenesis, and on examining mechanisms that regulate the gut adaptive response following intestinal resection. She is also a gastroenterologist with a clinical practice that specializes in caring for patients with short bowel syndrome.

Conference starts at 4:30 pm and is held in the first floor auditorium of the Bioinformatics Building. Everyone is welcome to attend.
