UNC School of Medicine StorySLAM - Humanity and Hilarity: stories that touch us and tickle us

The UNC School of Medicine StorySLAM will take place on Monday, April 29, 7 - 9 p.m., at Linda's. The theme will be "Humanity & Hilarity: stories that touch us and tickle us."

A StorySLAM is a storytelling competition, in the style of The Moth <themoth.org>, where storytellers get on stage and tell a true story from their experience, live without notes. All students, faculty, administration, and housestaff from the School of Medicine are welcome to tell stories and to attend.
The theme will be "Humanity & Hilarity: stories that touch us and tickle us." These stories can be from any part of your life, preferably with some relation to your journey in medicine. The only requirements are that (1) the story is true and (2) the story is your story.

Join us at the UNC School of Medicine StorySLAM to hear stories from School of Medicine community. A StorySLAM is a storytelling competition, in the style of The Moth, featuring true stories told live without notes. The theme will be "Humanity & Hilarity: stories that touch us and tickle us." All students, faculty, administration, and housestaff are welcome to tell stories and to attend.

The StorySLAM will take place on Monday, April 29, 7-9pm, downstairs at Linda's bar and grill, 203 East Franklin St.
