Esteemed presenters, including keynote speakers William Roper, MD, MPH, Dean of the School of Medicine, and U.S. Congressman David Price, Representative of North Carolina’s Fourth District, United States House of Representatives, will discuss core elements needed for surgical quality improvement including quality training for residents and physicians, sharing of expertise and resources across the state, and utilization of risk-adjusted data.  Participants include:
