ConnectCarolina System Availability and Support

During October, some portions of ConnectCarolina will be unavailable during weekday evenings. In addition, walk-in training opportunities will allow users to have their ConnectCarolina questions answered.

System Availability

During October, some portions of ConnectCarolina will be unavailable during weekday evenings so that the project team can make sure that the system is operating properly and address any issues affecting ConnectCarolina’s functionality.

  • Student Administration (formerly Campus Solutions) will be available 24/7
  • ePro will be available 24/7
  • ConnectCarolina HR/Payroll will be available 7 am – 7 pm
  • ConnectCarolina Finance will be available 7 am – 7 pm

After the Friday evening outages, the systems will again be available at 7 am on Saturday mornings. There will also be a maintenance window on Sundays from 6 am until 1 pm when the system may not be available.

Full 24 hour access is expected to be restored in November. More information on system status can be found here.

Help and Support

The ConnectCarolina Business Systems Help Desk will be available to provide support. They will be available on weekdays from 8 am - 6 pm and can be contacted by calling 919-962-HELP or through http://help.unc.edu.

Walk In Clinic

ConnectCarolina for Finance and HR/Payroll is now live, along with an expanded InfoPorte. Despite extensive training over the past few months, user problems and questions are inevitable. To help users navigate problems in the new system, ConnectCarolina subject matter experts will be hosting a Walk in Clinic in MacNider 067.

The clinic will run from Oct. 1 – Nov. 14 and be staffed Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

No pre-registration is required, please feel free to drop in to have your ConnectCarolina questions answered.
