Cystic Fibrosis Foundation: Clinical Research Awards

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has released a call for proposals for their clinical research program. The Foundation will fund projects that address diagnostic or therapeutic methods related to CF or the pathophysiology of CF.

Foundation funds projects that may address diagnostic or therapeutic methods related to CF or the pathophysiology of CF and applicants must demonstrate access to a sufficient number of CF patients from CF  Foundation-accredited care centers. Up to $100,000 per year (plus 8% indirect) for up to three (3) years for a single-center clinical research grant. Multi-center research grants can request up to $225,000 per year (plus 8% indirect) for up to three (3) years. The intent of CFFT funding is to provide limited support so that a future award application will be more competitive upon timely resubmission to NIH. IRB application must be submitted to the applicant institution before the CFFT application deadline.

Letter of Intent Deadline: June 1, 2015 by 5 p.m. EST. Full proposals by invitation only and due September 9, 2015. Application Guidelines for award.
