We wanted to say thank you to the nearly 1000 users within School of Medicine who have already remediated their systems of sensitive data. Along the way, we have heard from users finding old tax returns, password files, patient letters, reimbursement information (decades old), and inherited folders from previous employees they had forgotten they had. Apparently, Project SIR is bringing Spring cleaning early this year!

If you have not yet begun your scan or if you have scanned and have not yet remediated, OIS and your local IT Support are prepared to assist you. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out. Information regarding Project SIR can be found here, and, for your convenience, we are including our Easy Guide to Remediation below.

Happy Holidays!

From the entire Project SIR team, we would like to wish you and your families a Happy and Healthy Holiday Season! Thank you for all that you do.
