Female Associate Professors Needed for Mentoring Discussion

The Carolina Seminar Series, “The Attrition of Women Faculty From Science: Developing Targeted Research Mentoring Strategies” invites female associate professors in the sciences (< 5 years in rank) to participate in a lunch discussion to help identify effective mentoring strategies to support mid-career women faculty on UNC’s campus.

The Carolina Seminar Series, “The Attrition of Women Faculty From Science: Developing Targeted Research Mentoring Strategies” invites female associate professors in the sciences (< 5 years in rank) to participate in a lunch discussion to help identify effective mentoring strategies to support mid-career women faculty on UNC’s campus. The sciences include behavioral, physical, mathematical, and biological sciences.

Please consider joining us to share both positive mentoring experiences and also to share perceived mentoring needs of women at this career stage. We need your help!
