Anorexia Nervosa Genetics Initiative seeks study participants

The Anorexia Nervosa Genetics Initiative, a UNC-based global effort to identify genetic causes of eating disorders, seeks study participants. If you have never suffered from anorexia nervosa, you can help. Participants will be asked to complete a brief survey and submit a blood sample.

The Anorexia Nervosa Genetics Initiative represents a global research effort to detect genetic variation that contributes to this potentially life-threatening illness. The goal of the study is to transform our knowledge about the causes of eating disorders to work toward greater understanding and, ultimately, a cure.

Study participants will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.
