The S.M.A.R.T Project, part of the UNC Program on Integrative Medicine, is currently recruiting teens aged 14-17 to participate in a research study comparing the effectiveness of two different courses for lowering stress and improving well being in teens.

Courses meet once a week for 8 weeks, and then once a month for 6 months after that. Refreshments will be served at classes and teens will receive up to $175 in Amazon gift cards for participating in this study.
