OIA Global Health Scholars Program and Area of Concentration in Global Health

The Office of International Activities is now accepting applications for the 2017 OIA Global Health Scholars Program and Area of Concentration in Global Health. The deadline to apply is March 1.

 The UNC Office of International Activities (OIA), in conjunction with UNC Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) and UNC School of Medicine, is pleased to offer two global health programs targeted to residents: UNC Global Health Scholars Program and a Concentration in Global Health. These offerings are available to all UNC resident physicians in ACGME residency programs. Residents who complete all requirements of either the Global Health Scholars Program or a Concentration in Global Health will receive an OIA/Office of GME certificate upon graduation from residency.
