"MSLT2 - Lymph Node Dissection for Biopsy Positive Melanoma - Yay or Nay?"
Traditionally, LN dissection is performed for patients with biopsy positive lymph nodes for melanoma. MSLT2 is a large clinical trial that addresses whether LN dissection reduces recurrence or extends disease-free/overall survival.
