2018 Triangle Imaging Symposium

Register now for the third annual Triangle Imaging Symposium, hosted by the Biomedical Research Imaging Center on April 18th, 2018. Featuring speakers from Duke, Wake Forest, NCSU and UNC-CH, with a keynote address by Dr. Kamil Ugurbil of The University of Minnesota, the event will also include breakfast, lunch and student poster presentations.

Registration is now open for the 2018 Triangle Imaging Symposium at UNC BRIC! Featuring lectures by speakers from the University of Minnesota, UNC, Duke, NCSU and Wake Forest University, the symposium is open to the entire scientific community and a broad spectrum of topics will be covered including the Brain Connectome project, the effect of music on brain function, novel MR and OCT imaging techniques for the lungs, and advanced ultrasound methodologies for tissue characterization.

The Symposium will also include a Poster Session with presentations given by students, trainees, residents, and faculty to highlight imaging research projects within and outside UNC.
