Annual SHRA Performance Management Training

The UNC School of Medicine Human Resources Office will once again be providing Annual SHRA Performance Management Training for Supervisors and Human Resources Staff in the coming weeks, just in time for the end of this year’s SHRA Performance Management Cycle on March 31, 2018.

The UNC School of Medicine Human Resources Office will once again be providing Annual SHRA Performance Management Training for Supervisors and Human Resources Staff in the coming weeks, just in time for the end of this year’s SHRA Performance Management Cycle on March 31, 2018.

The training session will provide a “how to” guide for the SHRA Performance Review and Competency Assessment and the Annual Work Plan performance goal setting process, both of which have changed considerably over the last few years.

The target audience is both new Supervisors and Human Resources Staff who have no experience with the SHRA Performance Management Process as well as experienced Supervisors and Human Resources Staff who want a timely refresher.
