Snider honored by American Physiological Society

Natasha Snider, PhD, assistant professor of cell biology and physiology, has been honored with the American Physiological Society's 2019 New Investigator Award in Gastrointestinal and Liver Physiology.

Natasha Snider, PhD, of the department of cell biology and physiology, has been awarded the American Physiological Society 2019 New Investigator Award in Gastrointestinal and Liver Physiology.  This national award recognizes Snider’s prestigious publications and potential future impact to the field as a new investigator. Snider's research lab focuses on the molecular basis of liver diseases and disorders linked to intermediate filament (IF) gene mutations

She will accept the award at the 2019 Experimental Biology Meeting in April.
