The UNC Center for Health Innovation is seeking proposals for analytic or health informatics-focused projects intended to address issues in the Health Care System.  The Center can provide in-kind technical and project management support to develop and run selected projects.  Examples of some previous projects include creation of measures of patient risk and complexity, assessing effectiveness of clinical pathways, linkage of UNC data with external datasets, utilizing claims data to supplement Epic data, creation of new clinical datamarts and phenotypes, and various population health activities.  For consideration send a brief description of the intended issue, the proposed project, and a concept of how the analytic work could be subsequently implemented to address the issue.

Please note this call is for non-research proposals only – analytics projects designed as research should engage with TraCS for project support.
