Internal Customer Service Survey available

As a part of UNC Health Care's Commitment to Caring, we would like to assess the level of customer service our organization provides.

For some specific patient care areas such as nursing units and clinics, this information is obtained directly from patients via the Press Ganey survey results. However, there are many more areas of our organization that provide customer service in multiple geographic locations or by supporting patient care in specific locations.

Many of these departments do not receive direct feedback from the Press Ganey surveys, so
the internal customer service survey is designed for YOU to help these departments recognize their successes and areas for improvement. This survey will only take a few moments to complete. The departments included on this survey are:

  • Employee Recreation & Wellness
  • Environmental Services

  • Interpreter Services

  • McLendon Core Labs
