'Here's to Your Health' Holiday Schedule

Please take a look at the experts scheduled for the Department of Family Medicine radio show for the upcoming three weekends. You can tune in each weekend, Saturday at 9 a.m., Sunday at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., or Monday at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on WCHL 1360 AM.*

Beginning Dec. 19
Dr. Gary Bishop, Professor of Computer Science at UNC, will discuss his work with “enabling technology”, developing software and gaming hardware to benefit people with disabilities.

Beginning Dec. 26
Dr. Anthony Viera of the UNC Department of Family Medicine will discuss high blood pressure. (Repeat, originally aired Sept. 2009)

Beginning Jan. 2
Dr. Meg Molloy, President and CEO of North Carolina Prevention Partners, a statewide nonprofit recognized as a prevention leader for its high impact tobacco and obesity initiatives within NC and across the nation, will discuss keeping North Carolina healthy.
