Lee R. The University is preparing to launch ConnectCarolina, a new administrative system. The first phase of this implementation will take place on July 14, 2009. As a result, UNC Health Care’s Transportation and Parking Office will be unable to create new PIDs or Gate Access Cards from July 14 - 17.
