Lee R. Berkowitz, MD, the Eunice Bernhard Distinguished Professor of Medicine and Associate Chair for Education in the Department of Medicine, has been elected to the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Board of Directors. The University is preparing to launch ConnectCarolina, a new administrative system. The first phase of this implementation will take place on July 14, 2009. As a result, UNC Health Care’s Transportation and Parking Office will be unable to create new PIDs or Gate Access Cards from July 14 - 17.
