UNC football affects parking, transportation

A reminder that certain parking lots are reserved for UNC home football games. UNC’s next home game is Oct. 10 at 3:30 against Georgia Southern in Kenan Stadium.

Remaining 2009 UNC home football schedule:

  • Oct. 10 vs. Georgia Southern, at 3:30 p.m.
  • Oct. 22 vs. Florida State at 8 p.m. **
  • Nov. 7 vs. Duke, time TBA
  • Nov. 14 vs. Miami, time TBA

** Note that the Oct. 22 game against Florida State is scheduled for 8 p.m. on Thursday night. Special preparations are under way to ensure that UNC Health Care employees are able to enter/exit campus in a timely manner Oct. 22. Please click here for special information from UNC Public Safety about parking and transit that night.

If your vehicle is parked in a reserved football lot on a home football Saturday, it will be ticketed/towed beginning at 8 a.m. If you have questions concerning event parking, please call UNC Public Safety at 962-3951.
