MacNider Hall Network Maintenance April 18 - 19

OIS and ITS will be performing network maintenance on the 3rd Floor MacNider Hall Saturday April 18 and 19, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. each day. This work is in preparation for the Voice over IP (VoIP) phone upgrade. During the maintenance networking services will be unreliable throughout the day.

OIS and ITS will be performing network maintenance in MacNider Hall Saturday April 11, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. This work will cause brief (15-20 minute) network outages on each floor as the work progresses. OIS and ITS will be performing network maintenance on the 3rd Floor MacNider Hall Saturday April 18 and 19, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. each day. VoIP Phone Maintenance in MBRB beginning Tuesday, Feb. 3

ITS will be performing network maintenance in MBRB beginning at 5 a.m. on Tuesday, February 3. This work will take place between 5 - 8 a.m. each successive morning that week until the entire building has been upgraded. VoIP phone users should verify that their phone is working beginning at 8 a.m. each morning that week and unplug/replug the power to the phone if not.

Upcoming Wireless Access Point maintenance in several SOM buildings

ITS Networking will be replacing Wireless Access Points in various School of Medicine buildings from now until Dec. 31, 2014. Signs will be posted in the affected buildings the day before the work is to be done. While work is being done in a building, wireless users in that building may experience brief outages to wireless network connectivity.
