Operational Changes

Transportation and Parking will offer virtual permits and online purchasing/cancellation options. Virtual permitting (no physical permit/hang tag required for display in vehicle) will be available to employees and students immediately. Parking access is assigned and verified through license plate recognition (LPR). Once a plate is registered to the online parking account, the license plate is the permit. Permit holders must front-end park and the license plate must be visible from the travel lane of the parking space.

Existing permit holders should continue to display the hang tag and register license plate(s) in the Transportation and Parking Online Services system.

Park and Ride and Weeknight permits will be honored in S11 lots.
