Pharmacy Billing Services, Medication Assistance Program to relocate to Shared Services Center

Full details:

• All services offered by the Pharmacy Billing team will continue in their entirety; however, our location will be adjusted.
• The UNC Medication Assistance Program will continue to have on-site services available within our centralized location in the MAP Office located on the ground floor of Neurosciences. Additionally, representatives will be onsite at both of our UNC Ambulatory Pharmacy Care Network locations the Central Outpatient Pharmacy (N.C. Cancer Hospital) and the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) Pharmacy.
• All interoffice mail should now be addressed to the Shared Services Center care of the department or person who you would like to reach.
• Fax numbers for these areas will be forwarded to the new location (Billing: 919-843-4484; MAP: 866-595-7059)
• Please refer to the WebXChange Directory for all individual team members new phone numbers. Additionally, an updated phone tree that will allow your call to be directed to the appropriate person or group is listed below.
