The Parking Services Building in front of UNC Hospitals is now open. This new building is now home to both Valet Parking and UNC Hospitals’ Transportation & Parking office.
UNC Hospitals Valet service began operating from the new building on Monday, Nov. 5. This new facility will house the Valet Staff and give patrons an enclosed lobby area to sit while their vehicle is retrieved.
The east end of the new building will house UNC Hospitals Transportation & Parking Office, which was formerly located on 3 Neurosciences. Beginning today (Tuesday, Nov. 6), anyone with parking, photo ID, or transportation questions should visit the Transportation & Parking Office at its new location. The hours for the Transportation & Parking office remain the same:
- Monday-Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday-Friday: 7:30 – 11:45 a.m.
