The Hillsborough Medical Office Building, a three-floor, 60,000-square-foot building, opened July 1, 2013, as the first piece of UNC Health Care’s Hillsborough Campus.
The Hillsborough Medical Office Building, located at 460 Waterstone Drive in Hillsborough, offers the following UNC Hospitals’ services:

- Oncology & Infusion (opening in August)
- Surgical Oncology (opening in August)
