Training for Employees
Courses for Taleo Performance are listed on the Training Activities Tab in LMS
Phase 1 training was rolled out in Mid-May, and includes how to log in, navigate, and view Job Functions in the Goal Plan.
- An Introduction to the Performance System and Reviewing Goal Plans

Phase 2 training is now available for all employees and gives instruction on how to do a self-assessment, how to access and sign-off on your review.

Training for Managers/Supervisors
For those managers new to using Taleo Performance for conducting annual employee performance reviews, training is now available that will focus on how to complete the ratings and comment sections, as well as how to release and close the review.
