New ‘Track My Health’ features in My UNC Chart allow patients to share data from their iPhone’s Health app to My UNC Chart and their provider. Data for blood pressure readings, exercise logs and peak flow values can be entered into the Health app and flow into My UNC Chart if the patient’s provider has ordered the appropriate flowsheet.


New ‘Track My Health’ features in My UNC Chart allow patients to share data from their iPhone’s Health app to My UNC Chart and their provider. Data for blood pressure readings, exercise logs and peak flow values can be entered into the Health app and flow into My UNC Chart if the patient’s provider has ordered the appropriate flowsheet.

Once the flowsheet is ordered and verified by the patient, the MyChart app will collect data and pull it into Epic@UNC. View details in this Tip Sheet:

About My UNC Chart

My UNC Chart is UNC Health Care’s patient portal. Through My UNC Chart, patients can request medical appointments, view a health summary, view test results, make payments for services, request prescription renewals, access health information resources, ask a provider a question about a non-urgent need, and complete questionnaires prior to appointments.
