A new portal called ‘MyApps’ is now available to provide faster and more secure remote access to UNC Health Care applications via Citrix.
- Starting Feb. 19, 2018, all remote access users will be required to use MyApps (at https://myapps.unch.unc.edu) and the current Citrix site (https://csg.unch.unc.edu) will be decommissioned.
- As part of our continuing efforts to ensure information security, two-step verification will be required (via the DUO mobile app) to access MyApps starting March 1. Enroll in DUO two-step verification using the steps at this link.

Note: Access to applications will not be changed and two-step verification will not be required at UNC Health Care locations (including from School of Medicine offices), with the exception of locations at UNC Wayne, UNC Lenoir, and UNC Rockingham, which are not yet on the UNC Health Care Network.
