UNC Hospitals is pleased to announce the appointment of Jenny Boyd, MD, as Associate Chief Medical Officer for Credentialing and Medical Staff Services. Dr. Boyd is an Associate Professor of Pediatric Critical Care, and is currently service leader for the Pediatric Intensivist service.
She brings extensive leadership experience in Quality and Patient Safety, and serves on many leadership committees throughout UNC Medical Center, including the Medical Staff Executive Committee, the Institute for Healthcare Quality Improvement, ICU Advisory Committee, and several others. We are excited to have her energy and experience in this role.
