UNC Health Care Human Resources is pleased to announce that 2017 Total Rewards Statements have been created for UNC Health Care employees. The Total Rewards Statement details the amount of regular pay an employee receives in addition to the value of the benefits that UNC Health Care makes available to employees and their families.


These personalized statements describe each individual employee’s Total Rewards for 2017, including 2017 earnings and 2017 benefit elections. These statements will be distributed by your manager in early May.

Employees will be eligible to receive the 2017 Total Rewards Statement if they meet the following criteria:

  • Currently active employees hired prior to December 17, 2017.
  • Employees working 20+ hours per week as of December 31, 2017.
  • Employed in a non-temporary position (excludes Per Diem, Pay Per Visit, Pay Per Class, Temporary and Resident status employees).
