As of June 12, a Patient-Reported button will be available in the Meds & Orders navigator section to allow users to add patient-reported medications directly within the Plan Tab without having to go back to the “Home Meds” (previously “Medications”) section or without creating a new historical prescription. Medications entered as Patient-Reported will not be flagged as new treatments on the AVS.
