Dealing with Differences is an interactive workshop that helps participants discover new ways to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and improve working relationships. Participants learn effective methods of communication that encourage respect and appreciation for differences. Dealing with Differences is also a core class in the Diversity Leader Certificate program. The workshop is open to all employees. Leaders are strongly encouraged to attend.
