The UNC Center for Leadership Excellence is a benefit available to all employees. It provides you an opportunity to continually develop your leadership skills. Programs are designed to engage participants in highly interactive learning experiences that challenge your thinking, encourage collaboration and networking with other employees from across the organization, and provide you with practical tools that lead you to the next level of excellence in your work life and home life.
