As part of the transition to myTime, new time clocks are in the process of being installed throughout the Medical Center campus, clinics and other buildings where State employees work. Beginning Dec. 16, you will also be able to clock in and out using the desktop application, myClock. Find out more about what to expect when myTime goes into effect.
The time clocks and online applications will not be activated until myTime is launched at your entity. Review the myClock online application Quick Sheet for more information.
Be sure you are ready for Dec. 16:
- Check-out the new myTime button on the home page of UNC Medical Center Intranet. Beginning Dec. 16, this is where you’ll go to get into the myTime and myClock applications
- Review updated policy changes including impacts on work week start and end, exempt employees no longer clocking in and out and meal breaks
- Take the myTime training modules and review the Quick Sheets
- Ask questions about myTime during in person information sessions during this and next week
