An eight-week weight loss class starting Jan. 17 will be offered at the UNC Wellness Center at Meadowmont. Learn about healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle change.

The Weigh To Wellness is an eight-week weight loss class that includes nutrition education, exercise, and behavior change.

  • Class meets on Thursdays from 6 – 8 p.m. from Jan. 17 to March 7, 2019.
  • You will attend an education session weekly for eight weeks, complete daily food and exercise journals and meet with a wellness coach to help with goal setting.
  • Orientation is Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, from 6 – 7 p.m.
