Due to the repair and repaving of the bus loop at the Friday Center park and ride lot, Chapel Hill Transit will detour the FCX route beginning Monday, March 18.
The FCX route will not serve the bus loop at the park and ride lot. The route will serve the Friday Center park and ride lot at the temporary bus stop on Friday Center Drive and at a second temporary bus stop outside the entrance to the park and ride lot. ADA parking will be available near the temporary bus stop on the eastern side of the Friday Center Park and Ride lot.
The project is expected to last for ninety (90) days, weather permitting. Chapel Hill Transit will make every effort to operate a normal schedule, however the FCX route may experience schedule delays during this project.
