Eight-week weight loss classes offered at the UNC Wellness Center at Meadowmont. Learn about healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle change.

The Weigh To Wellness is an 8-week weight loss class that includes nutrition education, exercise, and behavior change. A Registered Dietitian leads all the education sessions while fitness professionals lead the exercise sessions. Class meets on Thursdays from 6 – 8 p.m. from Sept. 5 – Oct. 24.

You will attend an education session weekly for 8 weeks, complete daily food and exercise journals and meet with a wellness coach to help with goal setting. Orientation is Thursday, Aug. 29 from 6 – 7 p.m. Contact Liz Watt, RD, CSOWM for more information. UNC Employees receive a discount!

$220 for members; $350 for non-members (includes an 8 week membership)
