The Weigh To Wellness is an 8-week weight loss class that includes nutrition education, exercise, and behavior change. A Registered Dietitian leads all the education sessions while fitness professionals lead the exercise sessions. Class meets on Thursdays from 6 – 8 p.m. from Sept. 5 – Oct. 24, 2019. You will attend an education session weekly for 8 weeks, complete daily food and exercise journals and meet with a wellness coach to help with goal setting.
